Ant 309

An ant that walks the lawless lands not in solitude or isolation, but in an optimistic and carefree individual pursuit of fun and adventure where it may come. Ant approaches life as an opportunity rather than a set of obligations. She is willing to guide any lost soul if they can bare her antics.

Background

Ant 309 was born defected due to her puppae falling into a lapadeian nursery, leading her to hatching with regenerative lapadeian abilities(more on that in lapadeian biology), but without the signature ant strength, ability to attach herself to surfaces and certain other traits. This lead to her always falling behind the other ants in her colony, feeling like there was something more out there for her but it was not worth questioning.

After one day when she became too much of a burden on her colony, 309 was discarded, carried away by her sisters and thrown out into the trash to lay with the dead. She gathered the will to crawl back out and walk off into her own exile. After the panic wore off Ant started embracing her freedom, using the tools she made to accomodate herself in her colony, Ant went off to live a free and independent life, exploring the nooks and crannies of the lawless lands, making new acquantances and friends.

Personality / behaviour

To most people Ant may appear as weird, unpredictable, disgusting and crazy. But that is simply because she does whatever she wants, disregarding decency norms of other species. One thing that Ant specifically does that disturbs other species is regularly tear herself apart or injure herself to get where she needs and get her hands on what she wants. Ants do not quite feel pain the way other species do, and her lapadeian regenerative abilities allow for her to simply have her detached limbs stiched back on and she can go on with her day.
