Both among humans and among ileosans, Eim's presence instills discomfort. Blunt, cold and standoffish, Eim makes enemies faster than he makes friends, which oftentimes stems from his own unwillingness to allow people to get close to him. He insists on maintaining control over his own situation at all times, giving grace to others only on his own terms. In a situation of fight or flight, Eim always chooses fight, therefore being willing to combatitively assert his dominance and exploit any perceived weakness at the mere suspicion of a possible threat which often includes any show of kindness. Eim is willing to act like a tyrant towards anyone who crosses him or asserts their authority over him, but he cares deeply for those he deems innocent of this and shows remorse when he understands he wronged someone who did not deserve it. Eim is more accepting to people he believes have gone through something he did as well, but he wont be the first to talk about it. Eim, primarily in Ileosa, often ends up being abusive to the people around him that he perceives as a threat. Which is often a misguided suspicion. Saul and Michael take the largest brunt of this.

Due to his drastically poor mental condition, Eim comes off as unbalanced and lost in his own head. With a set of beliefs that seem irrational and inconsistent, which is not helped by his difficulty to distinguish what is real. He regulary jumps from being hyper active, intense, impulsive, delusional, and hyper obsessive to completely inactive, stiff and devoid of expression or any will to interact with the world around him. Eim has a distinct set of actions when it comes to engaging with his surroundings and other people, which includes: throwing pebbles at random people or places, sniffing people, walking around at night, talking to himself, staring and never breaking eye contact, speaking in an unnatural, permanently hushed, monotone voice. Some behaviours can be seen as self soothing, like regularly writing in his notebook.
