General Flint Cuddy

General Cuddy is not exactly incompetant. It is admittedly difficult to lead an army against a foe that is neither physically nor morally fair. Although Cuddy's career has been defined by his many failures - his stubborness and high spirit remains admirable alongside the fact that Lapadei has still not won the war.
